Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Observed Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Based on Online Store orders placed between June 1 and October 31, 2025, we observed the following median timeframes:
- Order to shipment: approximately 6 business days (from order placement to the order leaving our facility)
- Order to delivery: approximately 8 business days (from order placement to delivery at your door)
These are observed medians from a recent period and are provided for reference only. Actual timeframes can vary depending on your carrier and destination. Orders shipped to more remote locations or during peak periods may take longer. We will always notify you when your order has shipped, and tracking information will be provided at that time.
